Reflexology

Treatments last for one hour with a confidential consultation when you first come to see me. I use quite firm pressure so it does not tickle and I work with your pain threshold so it should be more relaxing than painful.

Fertility and Preconception

In March 2014 I completed a course in Fertility and Preconception Reflexology in order to confidently treat couples and women on their conception journey. Reflexology encourages the body to do what it is good at in a relaxing, non invasive way.
